Headcanon (short version)

They can hear the voices of pokemon similar to N
When asked, #3 refers to himself as D, 2 as T, 1 as Y.
They're skilled ninjas literally and magically. Their shadow trickery and abilities are inhuman. It's very similar to that of a pokemon.
Because they're genetically similar to Pokemon. Distant relative-way, like deep in the family tree.
Ghetsis saved them when they were young. (12)
Their loyalty to him is similar to a Pokemon's loyalty once captured.
They're not really evil. They only are at Ghetsis' call. Otherwise, they're pretty neutral guys not actively causing trouble.
prefers Dark and Ghost types, Dark type items etc.

Warnings: Once/if they take an interest in someone for whatever reason that may be, their stalking is very hard to shake off. So approach these characters carefully if you don't want them all up in your grill frequently. Each member handles their stalking differently. 3 in particular is more humorous about it but still no less creepy.

They don't pokemon battle like a regular trainer, either. Their pokemon have a very ruthless style and can harm them more than the average battle would. Rather than fainting in a normal spar, there is a high chance for a fatal wound in place of a faint. Coupled with the nature of Pawniard and Bisharp this is a serious issue, so careful with accepting. If you're cool with it, make it known of the extent.
